Steps to add a contact to the Block List:
- Go to the Home Screen, tap on JioSecurity app.
- Now from here simply Swipe the screen and reach on the ‘Device screen’ option.
- After this tap on ‘Call Blocking’.
- On the Block List tab, simply tap on ‘Block all unknown callers’ in order to block calls and messages from all the unknown numbers.
- If you want to block any specific numbers, then for that tap the ‘+’ sign in the bottom-right corner.
- After this choose a contact from the Call Log or your Contacts list.
- Now simply tap on ‘OK’ button in order to confirm.
- Or to add a new contact to the block list, enter the new number on the new tab and the name, and simply tap on Block.
- Tap ‘OK’ to confirm.
